Unauthorized distribution can result in termination of access and legal action. Aesthetic Streams and the applicable rights holders reserve the right to pursue available remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law. Purchasing access does not purchase ownership of the content or permission to distribute it.
1. Your personal viewing license
These terms govern your authorized use of Aesthetic Streams course content. When you accept the attendee agreement at purchase, you agree to these conditions. Access is licensed to the registered purchaser for personal professional education only. It is limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and subject to the access period and these terms. Payment, possession of a viewing link, or the ability to copy a file does not grant any additional rights. Content remains owned by its respective rights holders.
2. No unauthorized copying or redistribution
Unless expressly authorized in writing by the relevant rights holder or permitted by applicable law, you must not record, download, capture, copy, clip, reproduce, rebroadcast, restream, sell, sublicense, upload, or distribute any protected video, audio, slide, photograph, caption, transcript, or other course material. This includes filming a screen, screen recording, screenshots, cloud-drive links, private messaging groups, social media, public websites, and making copies available to colleagues or other organizations.
You must not use protected course materials in another course, presentation, product, publication, dataset, or AI service without the required permission. Distribution does not become authorized merely because it is free, private, credited to the presenter, described as educational, or limited to a short excerpt. Any applicable legal exception must be assessed on its own facts.
3. Account sharing and group viewing
Do not share credentials, authentication codes, protected viewing links, or playback access with another person. A personal purchase does not authorize shared accounts, simultaneous viewing by different people, group screenings, or use as an institutional subscription. Obtain written authorization before arranging access for a team or audience. Protect your account and promptly report suspected compromise through the contact in section 10 below. You are responsible for misuse you authorize or facilitate; an account association alone does not conclusively establish who made a copy.
4. Watermarks and access controls
Playback uses signed, expiring access tokens, single-device viewing leases, visible and forensic watermarks associated with the viewing account, and DRM when configured and supported by the device and provider. Do not remove, obscure, alter, or interfere with watermarks, copyright notices, or access controls, or attempt to obtain unauthorized access, except where applicable law permits it. An unprotected output or technical limitation is not permission to copy or share content.
Account, access, and watermark records may help investigate suspected misuse and support enforcement. Relevant evidence may be preserved and disclosed to advisers, service providers, courts, or authorities as permitted or required by law. These measures do not guarantee that every unauthorized copy can be prevented or conclusively attributed.
5. Suspension and termination
We may immediately suspend access while investigating a reasonable suspicion of unauthorized recording, sharing, or other material misuse. Confirmed violations may result in revocation of the affected access and refusal of future access. Restrictions on unauthorized use survive the end of your viewing period. Use the contact in section 10 below if you believe access was restricted in error. Any refund or payment dispute remains subject to applicable law and the purchase terms; nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights.
6. Legal enforcement and financial exposure
Unauthorized copying or distribution may expose you to personal legal and financial liability. Where legally available, we and the relevant rights holders may seek takedowns, court orders to stop distribution, recovery of actual damages and attributable profits, or statutory damages, together with recoverable legal costs and attorney’s fees. Ending access or deleting a post does not necessarily resolve liability for prior conduct.
U.S. statutory damages for willful copyright infringement can reach $150,000 per infringed work. Such damages are awarded by a court, not automatically charged by this website. Eligibility depends on the law, registration requirements and timing, and the facts of the case. Remedies and amounts are subject to judicial determination. See 17 U.S.C. §§ 502–505 and § 412.
Suspected criminal infringement may be referred to the appropriate authorities when warranted. Decisions to investigate, prosecute, or impose criminal penalties belong to those authorities and the courts. We do not impose criminal penalties or guarantee a particular enforcement outcome.
7. Responding to an unauthorized disclosure
If you discover an unauthorized copy or disclosure, stop further sharing, disable public access where you control it, and promptly notify us using the contact in section 10 below with the relevant location and circumstances. Preserve relevant records and comply with lawful preservation obligations; do not destroy evidence. Do not forward patient images or a copy of the course as part of an initial report. Cooperation does not itself waive any rights or resolve an existing claim.
8. Patient privacy and professional responsibility
Clinical images and demonstrations are supplied in a controlled educational context. Access does not grant permission to identify, contact, expose, or republish information about a patient or participant. Do not submit patient information, medical-record identifiers, or other personal health information through chat, questions, or support. You remain responsible for professional confidentiality and your applicable obligations.
Courses are professional surgical education, not individualized medical advice, a clinical record, credentialing, or authorization to perform a procedure. Apply independent professional judgment and appropriate training. Automatic captions and translations may contain errors, including errors in medical terminology; verify important details against the original presentation and appropriate clinical sources.
9. Replay access and purchase scope
Each purchase includes a personal 14-day protected replay window that begins when you first start protected playback. Replay access expires automatically at the end of that window. Other and future courses are sold separately unless the offer expressly states otherwise. Access does not include a downloadable copy or a perpetual license. Any event-specific purchase conditions must be reviewed before payment.
10. Permissions, applicable rights, and updates
For permission requests, reports of unauthorized distribution, or questions about these terms, contact info@aestheticstreams.com. Obtain permission before using protected content outside your personal viewing license. Silence is not permission. Nothing in these terms eliminates rights or exceptions that cannot lawfully be restricted. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. Failure to act on one incident does not waive the right to act on another.
The date above identifies this published version. Posting an update does not, by itself, retroactively amend an earlier purchase agreement. Material changes to an existing agreement require notice and any assent required by applicable law.
