Dr. Ozan Sozer

Dr. Ozan Sozer is a board-certified plastic surgeon and the founder and president of El Paso Cosmetic Surgery, located at 651 South Mesa Hills in El Paso, Texas, with more than 27 years in cosmetic plastic surgery. He earned his MD at Ege University School of Medicine in Turkey and trained in Houston, with an aesthetic fellowship in Istanbul. He is a Clinical Associate Professor at Texas Tech University and was named President-elect of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS) in September 2026.
